IMPORTANT : - On Isla Iguana, alcoholic beverages, loudspeakers, smoking, carrying pets or weapons are prohibited.
CANCELATION POLICIES:
- If you do not show up at the indicated time and without prior notice of 48 hours, the tour is considered a No Show and is non-refundable.
-if due to bad weather, the captain does not authorize to carry out the tour, the client and the company will reach a mutual agreement to choose another date for the tour or make a refund.
-refunds will have a charge of 10% of the entire our cost.
-There is a right to a refund if the client announces 48 hours prior to the tour that he will not be able to attend, otherwise the client agrees to postpone the tour to another date.
-Venao Guide Information Center complies with all legal standards to promote and provide information about this tour.
